Victoria Peak or simply the Peak and with a little effort you will get to see the greatest city view in the World.
On a clear day (which is more frequent from May to September) the view is simply gobsmacking, it just takes your breath away and I really do feel for the literally millions of people who miss out on this view because they go to the wrong place or they are simply herded up to the viewing platform of the Peak Tower for a somewhat mediocre view.
A simply incredible view.

I like Barker Road, Victoria Peak because it is where the very rich people live, it is a little odd, it is quiet and leafy, a surprising amount of traffic and every now and then some huge houses in the + US100 Million range, some lovely apartment blocks, an old colonial Hospital which is home for the Chief Secretary of Hong Kong and then there is this view.
You walk past Jack Ma's (Alibaba Chairman) new residence taking shape at 22 Barker Road (currently the worlds most expensive pile of dirt at US$192 Million) and you see this.
Truly a staggering view and almost nobody gets to see it.

With lovely weather comes great selfie opportunities at my spot at the Peak.
I cannot think of a better place to do a selfie, I have also had people propose marriage at my spot, day or night it is simply the best city view in the World.
Being a private tour guide is so INTERESTING particularly as I get to go to Victoria Peak most days in all sorts of weather.
Oh my golly gosh, the simply amazing Pagani Zonda Absolute - this is a custom made car and is rumoured to be the only one of it's kind in the world and it is in Hong Kong!... oh... and yes, this is my picture, talk about being in the right place at the right time.
